David Benham (Partner)
David trained as a chartered accountant with Peat Marwick (now KPMG) gaining comprehensive experience post qualifying in the general audit practice. He specialises in providing financial direction at board level for a number of owner managed businesses bringing his expertise to compliment existing board skills sets. He has been financial director of an AIM listed company and overseen the implementation of cost effective management accounting information systems for a diverse range of clients.
Kathleen Benham (Partner)
Kathleen trained as a chartered accountant with Peat Marwick and now specialises in advising the arts, media and creative industries sectors. Kathleen has worked for many public bodies including the Scottish Arts Council, Scottish Screen, Scottish Executive, Scottish Enterprise, NESTA, Glasgow City Council, Cultural Enterprise Office as well as companies and artists working in theatre, film, TV, music design and the visual arts. Kathleen is also a member of BAFTA.
Pauline Marshall (Partner)
Pauline qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloittes and then gained tax experience with Ernst & Young. She joined the firm in 1997 and became a partner in 2002, managing a varied portfolio of small businesses, individuals and charities across a number of sectors. As well as providing personal and business tax advice she has also dealt with tax investigations and share valuations.
May Shearer (Associate)
After qualifying as a chartered accountant May also worked with Ernst & Young - as an audit manager. She has been with the firm since 2000 and specialises in not only accounts preparation but also providing effective management accounting information tailored to meet our clients needs.
